1Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the xx555 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the xx555 platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of xx555 following notification of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

3Eligibility

To register and use xx555 services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gaming is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of xx555 or any of its affiliated studio and technology partners.
• You are not self-excluded from xx555 or from gambling services generally under any self-exclusion programme.

xx555 reserves the right to decline registration or close an existing account at its discretion if it has reasonable grounds to believe an eligibility requirement has not been met or has subsequently ceased to be met.

4Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each player may register and maintain only one xx555 account. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts. Any balance across duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending a full investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to update your account details promptly whenever a change occurs. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, fictitious name, or incorrect contact details — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

4.3 Verification Process

xx555 will carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification prior to processing any withdrawal, and may conduct verification at any other time at its discretion. Accepted identity documents include national identity cards (CNIC), passport, and driver's licence issued by Pakistani authorities. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required.

4.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request closure of your xx555 account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending wagers will be settled according to their outcomes before closure is finalised. Any remaining real balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xx555 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person, allow any other person to use your account, or use another person's account.

xx555 will never ask you for your full password through any channel, including live chat or email. Any communication requesting your full password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our security team immediately.

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
• Enable two-factor authentication via your registered Pakistani mobile number.
• Log out of your xx555 account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately via live chat support.
• Do not access xx555 over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without appropriate VPN protection.

xx555 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials, except where such loss is directly attributable to a security failure on the part of xx555's systems.

6Deposits & Payments

All deposits to xx555 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently accepted:

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within 60 seconds of confirmation from the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 10 minutes during standard banking hours.

xx555 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which xx555 accepts no liability. You may only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned less any transaction costs incurred.

7Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your xx555 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.

7.1 Processing Times

The standard processing time for withdrawal requests at xx555 is under 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers during normal operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. xx555 does not impose platform fees on withdrawals; standard charges applied by your payment provider are outside xx555's control.

7.2 Verification Requirement

xx555 may require full KYC verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal. This is a regulatory compliance requirement and not a discretionary restriction. Players who have not yet completed verification are encouraged to submit required documents proactively through their account dashboard to avoid processing delays when they come to withdraw.

7.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

xx555 reserves the right to withhold or delay a withdrawal where: (a) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or terms violation; (b) the withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements; (c) identity verification has not been completed; or (d) the withdrawal request triggers AML review thresholds.

8Bonuses & Promotions

xx555 offers various bonuses and promotional programmes to eligible players. Participation in any promotion is voluntary. All promotions are governed by these general Terms and Conditions together with any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion, which take precedence in the event of a conflict.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any amount derived from a bonus may be withdrawn as real PKR, the full wagering requirement applicable to that bonus must be completed. The wagering requirement is specified for each promotion and represents the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) must be staked on qualifying games within the permitted timeframe.

8.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and specialty games may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games, or may be excluded entirely. The eligible game list and contribution percentages for each promotion are stated in the individual bonus terms.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

xx555 actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion through multiple accounts; placing opposing bets across accounts to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; using automated or prohibited software to play through bonuses; and any other pattern of play that xx555 reasonably determines is designed to exploit promotional offers rather than for genuine entertainment. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonus-derived funds voided and may be subject to account closure.

9Gaming Rules

All casino games available on xx555 — including live dealer tables, RNG casino games, slots, and specialty games — operate under the rules published within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the specific rules of each game before placing any wager.

xx555 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studio partners under their own regulatory frameworks. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the platform system. Technical malfunctions during a game session are governed by the specific rules published for that game and the relevant studio's operational procedures.

In the event of a technical error or system failure that results in an incorrect game outcome being displayed, xx555 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original stake to the player's account. No additional claim may be made by the player in relation to the voided round beyond the return of the original stake.

10Sports Betting Rules

The xx555 sportsbook is governed by these Terms together with the specific sports betting rules published in the sportsbook section of the platform. The following general principles apply to all sports bets placed on xx555:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Changes in odds after bet confirmation do not affect the confirmed bet price.
• xx555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the settlement cut-off period, or determined to have involved corruption or match manipulation.
• PSL and other cricket markets are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook section, including provisions for weather interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application, and over reductions.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• xx555 reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any account at its sole discretion, including accounts identified as professional or syndicate bettors.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to system latency. xx555 reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event outcome has been determined, even if not yet reflected in the live odds display.

11Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the xx555 platform. Violation of any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one xx555 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with xx555 games, place bets, or manipulate account activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain unfair advantage; any winnings accrued through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or multiplayer formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform in connection with any activity that violates applicable laws, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Any form of systematic or professional match betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus scalping designed to generate guaranteed profit at the expense of xx555's promotional budgets.

12Account Suspension & Closure

xx555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 11.
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement that necessitates account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any real balance held in the account at the time of suspension will not be accessible until the investigation is concluded. Where the investigation confirms a material terms violation, xx555 may apply partial or full forfeiture of the balance in accordance with the specific violation determined. xx555 will not forfeit funds without a documented investigative basis.

13Responsible Gaming

15Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xx555 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the xx555 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.

xx555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your xx555 account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xx555 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. While xx555 makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, planned and unplanned maintenance downtime may occur, and xx555 is not liable for gaming losses or missed opportunities resulting from platform unavailability.

16Privacy & Data Protection

xx555 collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating an xx555 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

xx555 does not sell player personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third-party service providers — including payment processors, identity verification services, and game studio partners — only to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have contracted for. 17Amendments to Terms

xx555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, xx555 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or on-platform notification, specifying the effective date of the updated Terms.

Your continued use of the xx555 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. All real PKR balances will be returned following account closure in accordance with the withdrawal process set out in Section 7.

18Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your xx555 account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other aspect of the xx555 service, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat. xx555 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within five business days of receiving full details of the complaint.

If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, xx555 will provide information regarding the applicable independent dispute resolution service available under our licensing jurisdiction. Players are not required to accept xx555's internal decision as final before pursuing escalation to the designated dispute resolution body.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from referring a dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction. However, xx555 requests that the internal complaints and escalation procedures described above are exhausted in the first instance.

19Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which xx555 holds its gaming licence. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim, subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 18.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
